Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns may not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse, has been used, washed, altered, or returned without its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Sale Items (unless defective)
  • Personalized or Customized Products
  • Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions for the return process.

For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
